Jim’s passion for continuous strategic improvement and ability to focus priorities has grown through experiences helping organizations from a broad spectrum of industries change processes, talent and technology to enable their vision and strategies.

Previously, Jim led the development of client-centered strategies as CFO of RemedyOne, where he designed and implemented the infrastructure needed to scale.

Jim has also acted as North American Controller at Stanley Black and Decker, where he led BPO efforts and acquisition integration of accounting processes, including Stanley’s integration with Black & Decker, and as Partner in BlumShapiro’s CFO Advisory practice and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) group.
