Taking action to support our
partners and communities.
The Goodroot Foundation is continuously innovating to find new ways to support our partners. The following initiatives are just a few examples of our initiatives that make a real difference.
Charity Paddle Tennis Clinic
The team at Goodroot and the Goodroot Foundation loves healthy competition, so we were proud to sponsor the Western New England Paddle Championships Qualifier & National Ranking Tournament at Field Club of Longmeadow in Longmeadow, MA over the last few years.
Inspired by the tournament players’ passion, the Charity Paddle Tennis Clinic to benefit the Goodroot Foundation was introduced. Through a morning of coaching and learning new techniques with nationally ranked paddle tennis players, John Hughes and Jeffery Morneau created competition, camaraderie and great memories.
Annual Spooktacular Digital Halloween Contest
Launched in 2019, the Spooktacular Halloween Digital Contest was designed to not only create a unique fundraising experience, but also build community spirit across the country. Participants are encouraged to upload their Spooktacular costume, share it with their social media networks and collect votes all for a great cause. Cash prizes are awarded to winners in multiple categories.
At the close of the Spooktacular Digital Halloween Contest, Goodroot Foundation hosts a private Halloween event, where attendees join together to applaud the mission of Team IMPACT and celebrate the success of the content. Attendees are encouraged to contribute to the cause.
